  1. Thank you for posting the above, Wing. I think that there is plenty of room for improvements in your design and the way you organized everything. Here are some points that you may want to consider:

    a) A lot of valuable square feet are being wasted in very wide corridors or in spaces that remain undefined. At the same time you only have a total of 10 (?) suites (rooms) that are located on 3 different levels. In real life this would be an unprofitable hotel, especially considering the size of your building.
    b) It seems that all the rooms are located in a part of the building from where there are no real views of the surroundings (park, sea, bridge?).
    c) How can one go from the spa area to the swimming pool without crossing the road or without changing floor levels? Very often, people will want to use both facilities.
    d) At this point your drawings are still diagrams and not architectural plans. You need to add more information on them including the main entrance of the building, the bathrooms in the suites etc. Never forget the north arrow on a site plan. Street names may also help.
    e) Not sure how one can experience the aquarium which at present seems to be nothing more than a very big "fish-tank" in the middle of everything. While I am an expert on them, I do believe that aquariums of this size are a lot more than what you show on your drawings.
    f) Is there parking for the guests as well as the people who will work there?
    g) Working with a sculptural form like yours is admirable but for a truly successful design you will always need more than that.
    h) In general, you can try to think more about the spaces that you are designing as well as how these will be accessed, experienced, serviced, maintained etc.

If you need any clarifications regarding the above, please feel free to ask.

    Best wishes and good luck.
