1) After looking at the 3D model one would expect that its different volumes house (or correspond to) different parts and functions of the design. This is not the case here and perhaps this is one of the reasons why your proposed layouts are not as well organized as they could be. 2) The "staff area" on the cellar level (below ground level and with no windows) feels like a "dungeon" and therefore is not appropriate. 3) Where are the hotel entrance and reception area? 4) The shadow figures add a sense of scale to your renderings and that is very helpful. Just make sure that they are properly scaled. 5) Think about the colors that you choose for your project (in order to do this you may also want to consider the area that surrounds your project as well as construction materials and methods). The checker styled roof does not look quite right.
