Hi and well done for trying to take your concept model further. I see the potential for something elegant and at the same time functional. Stay focused and keep investigating your forms while thinking about other aspects of your design including site access, orientation and your building program (do not hesitate to revise parts of the program if you feel that you should). I also think that it would be great to see how your design relates to the sea.
