Massing continue.....

 After the last massing I realize one side of my massing wasn't flowing with the rest, so I tried to make my building more wavelike and less heavy to the eyes.

Relationship with the site New Massing

 The building mass I had before didn't really share connection with the surrounding site, therefore I started to think about the park right next to the site and how they can share some kind of connection.

So I used the shape of the green area of the Park and extend those curve into the site creating this idea of Wave rush on to the shore which is the site.

This is how the building thickness changed after I apply idea to the site.

 This is the Abstract I came up with last time so I took the wave elements and transform it to a study model Below.

    This is The Two models I chose to build my hybrid Model Using the wave form the model on the left and combine it with the other model on the right.

The model consist of different materials and thickness and the mesh pattern wave I consider in this model.

\    The 1st model from the left created from the notion of fishes swimming motion and sea weed  surrounding this zen stone in the middle.

    The 2nd model in the middle Shows the four major programs connection from symbol of tranquility from the zen stone.

   The last model on the right is a abstraction of curvilinear Star fish.

  The 1st model on the left created from the movement of the Sea wave collapsing the dolphins Jumping out of the water.

 The model in the middle idea came from the circle created by the hand and I feel like these hands are trying to connect to the center point of the collage.

 The last model on the right as you can see the circle represents the circle from the hand, the shape from the middle represents the dolphins and the base at the bottom represents the water.

 The 1st model on the left is just the movement of the wind.

 The model in the middle is the abstraction of water movement rushing on to the Shore.

 The Model on the right As you can see from the collage the difference between the chaotic side from  the right side of the snow field and the single lonely side from the left.

  The Zen stone in the middle represents tranquility and I want the dwellers to relax and feeling calm while enjoying the view of underwater world while doing activities like Swimming, drinking , relaxing in the spa and eating delicious sushi from the sea.

 Connection Wise I want this connection between Water Theme World Organisms with People dwelling within the building and appreciate the Ocean offer us life and Food. We should Protect our Ocean the best we can and will not pollute them.

Impression Collage

 We visited the site on a sunny snowy day afternoon with wind Breeze and chilly, traffic was little heavy and when we arrive the site we see that it is near the waterfront. I can Smell the Ocean by the Site and grass from the nearby park. I felt lonely and frustrated of the rough road when I had to travel alone back to the college.
